Pamela Jo Busiek
President/CEO
pbusiek@cbiskincare.com 		High energy and highly focused are the adjectives that describe the President and Co-owner of CBI Laboratories, Inc. Educated at Southern Methodist University with a Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration, Pam's focus was on marketing and economics. She applied her education and furthered her skills as a graduate of the Neiman-Marcus Executive Training Program and continued her pursuits in the beauty business world. As both a buyer and leader in the overall store development of several successful retail chains, her pursuits have maintained effective consistency. In 1990, Pam launched her first international skin care company and became one of CBI's largest manufacturing customers. She has a knowledgeable passion for ingredients, proven result-oriented products and attaches the philosophy of excellence to all she endeavors. Her love of people, facts and insistence on excellence has grown into a deep desire to be a catalyst in the business world, specifically the skin care world.

Pam enjoys helping individuals achieve their maximum potential successfully. She grew up in an professional athletic family where self-discipline was second nature. For her "defeat" is only a noun, not a verb. She's driven by a sincere motive to succeed in all areas of life; business beginning at age 14, her competitive sports involvement or the time spent with family, her focus is clear.

Bill Basinski

bbasinski@cbiskincare.com 		BILL BASINSKI: Born in Heidelberg, Germany, Bill attended the American University in Paris, University of Paris (Sorbonne), and University of Heidelberg. Bill has over 26 years experience in cosmetic chemistry and has formulated and manufactured over 35,000,000 products. As one of the original founders of CBI in 1982, he has spent his career pursuing the development of cutting-edge products using the latest state-of-the-art ingredients. Bill has formulated a vast range of OTC products such as sunscreens, acne preparations, analgesics and skin lighteners. Bill has served as both Secretary and Treasurer of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists.
